Returns Policy

At Harpy Eagle, we value your satisfaction and offer a flexible returns policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns & Refund Conditions

  • Time Frame: You may return any item purchased online within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
  • Condition of Items: Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. All original Harpy Eagle tags must still be attached.
  • Non-returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, underwear, swimwear, facemasks, pierced jewellery, and earbuds are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please visit our Return Portal and enter your order number and email address to receive step-by-step instructions.

Exchange and Refunds

  • Defective Products: If your product is defective, we are happy to offer an exchange or a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please complete the return form included with your order.
  • Customer Responsibility: Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
  • Processing Time: Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Checking Status: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Further Assistance: If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@harpyeagle.co.

Standard Refund Method

  • Payment Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. For purchases made with gift cards or e-gift cards, you will receive credit on a new gift card.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges and taxes paid on shipping are not refundable.

Faulty Items

  • Warranty Claims: Items that fail to meet lifespan expectations and are covered by our warranty policy will be eligible for a return. This does not include damage from improper use or accidents.
  • Faulty Item Returns: For instructions on returning faulty items, please visit our Return Portal. Return shipping for faulty items is covered by Harpy Eagle.

Damaged During Shipment

  • Report Immediately: If your item(s) are damaged during shipping, report this to us within 14 days of delivery via our Return Portal. We cover return shipping costs for these items and will issue a refund or facilitate an exchange.
